• Workout area 1 is our striking floor, outfitted with combo Zebra mats and floor-to-ceiling mirrors
• Workout area 2 is our grappling/MMA floor, outfitted with premium wrestling mats, with three walls fitted with custom wall mats
• A regulation-size, elevated boxing ring
• Thai-style 6-foot banana bags and a regular heavy-bag
• Wall-mounted uppercut and hook platform bag
• Platform speed bags
• Slip bags
• Stretching rails
• Medicine balls and hand weights
• MMA throwing bags
