Cardio Boxing class on Friday evenings at 5pm.
COMBAT SPORTS CHALLENGE
Combat
Sports Challenge, Virginia's longest running MMA and Muay
Thai fight series is partnering with Battleware Technologies
to bring you the best Professional and Amateur MMA and Muay
Thai fight shows. The fight series kicks off 2012 on January
21st at 7:00pm with a Pro/Ama MMA and Muay Thai fight show
at the Crown Plaza - Richmond West. The show features state,
regional and international competitors, pro mma as well as
four WKA title matches.

Congratulations to everyone who competed at NAGA 2011 this
past weekend! CSC's own BJJ Coach, David Oliveira, won both
the Advanced Adult No Gi 139 lbs and Advanced Masters No Gi
150 lbs Division. Jimi Hoctor won 2nd place in Blue Belt Gi,
Daniel "Gumby" Nelson won 3rd place in White Belt Gi and 1st
in Beginner No Gi, Kevin Mitchell won 1st place in Beginner
No Gi Masters and 3rd place in white belt Masters, Adam Hale
won 3rd place in Advanced Teen No Gi and 2nd place in White
Belt Gi Teen, and Eddie Swoope won 1st place in Intermediate
Executive No Gi and 2nd in Blue Belt Gi Executive. Great job
guys, all your hard training is paying off!
